Blake and Tyra's Cowley House Wedding

If this Wongawilli wedding is any indication, you definitely don’t need an official venue to have the wedding of your dreams! In fact, Blake and Tyra couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else but Cowley House, so Tyra put her creativity to good use and styled the Hamptons inspired homestead to create the space of her dreams.

The ceremony took place outside the beautiful country residence which is located at the foothills of the Illawarra escarpment. The space had been decorated with dried and silk florals which perfectly complimented the soft pinks in Tyras dress.

Blake and Tyra’s family and friends worked tirelessly to make their vision come to life, helping with everything from setting up the ceremony space to creating an alfresco reception area with matching florals and delicious cookie favours.

There were a few highlights from the day worth mentioning, the first look with the brides father and bridesmaids as well as the night photoshoot on the jetty which featured fireworks. The day was as much about Blake and Tyra’s love as it was about their love for family, with their children at the forefront of every social moment.

Congratulations Blake and Tyra, what a gorgeous celebration!

Adam and Victoria's Homestead Wedding

Adam and Vicky shared a vision for their south coast wedding: an intimate celebration infused with the colour palette of the Autumn season. They wholeheartedly dedicated themselves to planning every detail to tie in with the theme. The ultimate goal was to create a warm atmosphere, surrounded by their closest family and friends, who held a special place in their hearts. And their Homestead Berry wedding perfectly embodied this.

The couple exchanged their vows in the Saints Peter and Paul Church in a Catholic ceremony. Once married, they proceeded to their Berry venue for a sit-down reception. With bold floral arrangements and rustic decor, the Cow Shed had been transformed to match their distinct style.

Vicky showcased two distinct looks—a long white gown with a train for a classic touch during the church ceremony. Later, she changed into a short mini dress, ready to dance the night away in style.

Congratulations Vicky and Adam, what a beautiful celebration of love!

Katie's Maternity Session

First time mum Katie contacted me early on in her pregnancy to arrange some maternity photos. She wanted a location with long grass for some natural portraits with her husband Aaron and I knew just the spot. We had a fun afternoon documenting this special time.

Congratulations Katie on the pregnancy and all the best with the birth!

The McCall Family

Earlier this month I caught up with the McCall’s to capture some family photos at the Nowra Showground. It was the perfect location for a shoot, with the beautiful views overlooking the Shoalhaven River. Wayne and Nerolee are such loving grandparents so it was nice to document this busy season of life.

Jess and Mark’s South Coast Wedding

Right from the beginning, Mark and Jess were determined to have a wedding that was uniquely theirs. They had one goal in mind, and that was to throw an incredible party with all of their favourite people. And they definitely succeeded! From the timeless florals and modern styling - their Woollamia wedding really was a magical affair.

Mark and Jess wanted to get married on a country property where their guests could spend the whole day celebrating. They were considerate in that they wanted everyone to enjoy themselves post ceremony and not have to drive between multiple locations. They instantly knew that Woollamia was the perfect blank canvas to add their personal touch.

For their ceremony, they said “I do” overlooking a gorgeous dam and surrounded by their loved ones. They spent the afternoon having portraits onsite right as the sun began to set. The reception was held in a beautiful marquee that had been decorated with classic florals. They wined and dined beneath the fairy lights that hung from the ceiling. And to top it all off, they ended the day with a spectacular tower of doughnuts.

Congratulations to Mark and Jess on your marriage, what a way to kickstart the next chapter in your life together.

Callala Family Session

A beach family portrait session is one of my favourite options for a family photo shoot. Especially on the South Coast with all these amazing stunning beaches we have on offer. I recently captured some natural photos for Tim and Emily with baby Kai in Callala. We had such a nice morning together and practically had the whole place to ourselves. Here are some of my favourites from the day.

Aaron and Tayla's Wedding

On the 20th of April Aaron and Tayla woke up in the townhouses right next to each other where they spent the morning getting ready with their own side of the bridal party. Once Tayla’s hair and makeup was finished and she was in her wedding dress she shared a really special moment with her mum and brother, a first look. We took some photos of the bridal party on the terrace before it was time to head off to the ceremony.

Due to the weather the ceremony was relocated to the indoors space at Panorama House. Outside the floor to ceiling glass windows for as far as the eye could see were white fluffy clouds, making the backdrop quite magical. Aaron and Tayla exchanged rings, personal vows and made promises of the life they will live together. At the conclusion of the ceremony they made their way back down the aisle where Aaron dipped his bride and kissed her all over again.

The afternoon was spent taking portraits along the coastline before joining their friends and family for a traditional sit-down reception where they shared their first meal as husband and wife. The night was spent laughing and dancing, what a beautiful celebration!

Congratulations Aaron and Tayla!

Cameron and Keely's Butter Factory Wedding

Cameron and Keely tied the knot on the 19th of April in a gorgeous garden ceremony at the Butter Factory in Pyree. They started the morning apart, both preparing for the day with their side of the bridal party. Once ready, Keely shared a sweet first look with her bridesmaids before making her way to the venue where Cameron was eagerly awaiting her arrival.

The couple’s beautiful style set the tone for the day, beginning with their ceremony. They exchanged their “I dos” in a picturesque country setting with the surrounding farm land as their backdrop and stunning floral pillars framing the happy couple. As the evening progressed to the reception at the Buttery Factory Restaurant, the atmosphere was nothing short of amazing, with the soft glow of candlelights and beautiful floral tablescapes. They enjoyed a sit-down meal with their friends and family while they listened to the heartfelt toasts. The night ended with the couple surrounded on the dance floor.

Congratulations Cameron and Keely!

Hayden and Jessica's Proposal

Jervis Bay is one of my favourite locations for photo shoots across the South Coast. Year round the beaches along the coastline make the perfect backdrop with the gorgeous white sand and crystal clear waters.

A couple of months ago Hayden reached out to share his plans of proposing to his girlfriend Jessica. As a keen romantic I was quickly onboard to capture the special moment. I discreetly followed the couple enjoying a nice walk along Chinaman’s Beach where Hayden got down on one knee and popped the question, with a big smile on her face Jessica said “yes” and jumped into her fiance’s arms.

Congratulations to Hayden and Jessica on your engagement and thank you for allowing me to be part of such a special surprise.

Daniel and Caroline's Worrowing Wedding

Daniel and Caroline’s Jervis Bay wedding started with a clear vision—a gorgeous country property with a Georgian homestead. When they visited Worrowing, they fell in love all over again. Their autumn celebration far exceeded their expectations. With the help of their trusted team of vendors, they orchestrated a wedding filled with heartwarming tributes to their love story, amazing music, delicious food, and so many memorable moments with their favourite people.

The ceremony was a picturesque moment as the couple exchanged their vows in the beautiful homestead gardens. The magic continued back at the reception in the Hereford Shed, where modern florals and gorgeous styling blended seamlessly with the rustic elegance of the venue.

From the very beginning, Daniel and Caroline were determined to have a fun day with their loved ones and that’s exactly what they did.

Harry and Ally's Tilba Wedding

On a rainy day in Tilba Harry and Ally became husband and wife at Fig Tree Park. The two spent the morning apart preparing for their intimate ceremony before first laying eyes on one another at the end of the aisle where Ally was being given away by her father.

Harry and Ally stood side by side under the arbour which perfectly framed the couple as they exchanged vows, rings and later a first kiss. Once married Harry and Ally signed on the dotted line and made their way back down the aisle as newlyweds.

The afternoon was spent taking photos around the farmland with the bridal party before making their way back to the reception for a night of loving speeches, a delicious meal and a romantic first dance.

Jackson and Angie's Greyleigh Wedding

Jackson and Angie instantly fell in love with Greyleigh when they visited the Kiama venue. It felt like the perfect fit to host their elegant soiree, with friends and family. Bringing together their beloved guests, it was a truly heartwarming celebration. Choosing a countryside property, their celebration flawlessly merged hills and history. Think black tie, elegant yet simple details, and an ambiance that made everyone feel incredibly welcome.

Jackson and Angie said “I do” in the most picture perfect setting, with views all the way out to sea. Once married, they joined the bridal party for cocktail hour in the courtyard before heading off for portraits. They shared their first dance outside the silos before making their energetic entrance into The Gables for their sit-down reception. It was here they could kick back, sip on signature cocktails and cozy up in the stylish lounges all while enjoying their live music and meaningful toasts.

The celebration was all about love, with Jackson and Angie soaking up every moment of the day and embracing all the traditions of a wedding.

Jed and Shannon's Terara Riverside Gardens Wedding

Right from the start, Jed and Shannon were determined to make their dream wedding come true. Combining the bride’s love for modern styling and a stunning garden venue on the Shoalhaven riverbank, they created a celebration like no other. Their main aim was to throw a massive party where everyone would have an awesome time, and they absolutely nailed it! With stunning florals, timeless decor, a gorgeous marquee and an open air tipi, their Terara Riverside Gardens wedding came to life thanks to their trusted team of suppliers.

They held their ceremony in the gorgeous rose garden which had been adorned with lush blooms and bamboo chairs. Against the backdrop of the picturesque flowers, the scene was set for a truly romantic “I do”. The marquee reception was equally impressive, with modern styling and a wall of spirits for their guests to toast the newlyweds.

It’s hard to narrow down a highlight from the day with so many magical moments, from the first look with the brides mother to the champagne tower and the inclusion of Jed and Shannon’s daughter - every special moment was followed by another.

Nestled in the Worrigee countryside surrounded by local farmland, Aiden and Alia knew that the ideal location to tie the knot was right at home, in their backyard. While choosing to turn their own property into a one-time wedding venue may have created a lot of work for the couple - no where could have been more perfect or sentimental. It was an unforgettable celebration that surpassed all expectations, turning their dream wedding into a beautiful reality.

The couples front porch became a romantic space for Aiden and Ahlia to share an intimate first look before joining their friends and family out back. The natural beauty of their home set the stage for a breathtaking ceremony which was lovingly officiated by Ariana Sparkles.

Aiden and Ahlia’s wedding was as much about their love for one another as it was for their children who were apart of every moment throughout the day.

The celebrations began early in the afternoon in the shed which had been decorated beautifully with fairy lights and bold table linen. When it came to the reception, the night was full of hilarious speeches, heartfelt toasts and a dance floor that was always full.
